We visited just to see the house and we’re more than impressed by the unique collection of 18 th century memorability displayed and the quality of restoration undertaken on the home. This really is a museum presented to the highest standards. Our appreciation goes to our guide who showed great depth in her knowledge and presented well in English ( we were lucky for tours are normally conducted in French). The park staff were also accomodating of us; pleasant and helpful. We are more than satisfied we diverted to Lass.
This is a superb place. It’s semi- buggy friendly. One or two places where we had to lift buggy. It’s worth the trip. Some questions were tricky others easier which makes it good for all the family. There are picnic benches and a restaurant nearby. Plenty of climbing frames, rope bridges etc. not sure you’d need 8 hours but if you’ve a few pals I’m sure the children would loop the climbing frames more than once. It’s beautiful to walk around. Even bring a book and leave the kids off. €70 for family 2ad + 3ch under 4 free. Discount to book online.

The whole concept is very nicely organized. We all loved it from 3 to 67 years old.
The park around the castle is beautiful and I hope to be able to go back soon.

The Château des Enigmes de Laas is a fantastic place for young and old. No waiting, parking with space, warm and helpful welcome and staff.
The puzzle course is very well thought out, the facilities are neat and well laid out, everything is very well done, we don't get bored for a minute, we learn things, the children have fun, the adults too, the decor is beautiful and large-scale.
We went there several times during the summer and we will come back!
Fantastic outdoor location, very beautiful landscapes, very pleasant activities for young and old, bring good shoes. It takes at least 3 hours to complete the entire visit and for people who have difficulty walking, there are tables, chairs or benches well scattered throughout the park. To do again with pleasure
We had a great time at the Castle of Enigmas.
The children had a lot of fun finding the answers to the puzzles and loved the games.
For adults, the walk is very nice, big plus: the view of the Gave (sublime)

An activity to do with the family in the morning to enjoy the picnic tables throughout the site, everything is very clean and the views are magnificent around this castle.
Concerning the activity, it is aimed more at a young audience I would say up to 12 years old, but it remains fun and intertwined with Béarnaise history...
